Last year's monthly wine dinner series was a huge success here at Madison Valley Ranch. Executive Chef Matt Pease is back at it for the 2023/24 winter season. Be sure to reserve your seats well in advance as we expect to sell out each night.
Great views of the Madison range, a wraparound deck and a fireplace compliment our bar area. With a great selection of fine wines always available and local beer on tap, the bar is the perfect location for appetizers and the after party.
Executive Chef Matt Pease and his team offer up their creativity with a carefully designed menu that reflects the season and special occasions. Using locally source ingredients, our Wine Dinner meals are unique and delicious.
Save the drive home for the morning after a gourmet breakfast. Our high-end accommodations are the perfect option for up to 28 guests. If weather permits, you are welcome to access the Madison River or hook up on our trophy trout pond. Guide trips are also available through Eaton Outfitters.
Doors open at 5:30 PM for a complimentary glass of wine or beer. Dinner begins about 6:30PM. The meal will feature 5 gourmet courses, each paired carefully with a fine wine for $140/person.*
Overnight lodging is available for up to 28 guests. In addition to dinner, a room can be reserved for $275 and includes breakfast the next morning. Each room can accommodate 1 or 2 guests.

We kindly ask for a 48 hours cancellation notice so we can try to fill any open spots.For any cancellations within 48 hours we will assess a charge of 50% of the cost. Seats are transferable should you be unable to make it.
