Parker Redmond

Marketing & Fishing

Parker joined us in 2018 as a host and fly fishing guide for MVR. He was raised in California with a deep passion for golf, soccer, surfing and fishing. He credits his love for fly fishing to his father and grandfather who taught him at an early age. Parker’s youth was spent on fly fishing trips with his grandfather, fishing the beaches and sneaking into golf course ponds in search of bass. He would eventually travel to New Zealand where he met our Lodge Manager and his wife, Manu. Not long after returning to California did they relocate to Ennis for the next chapter in his fly fishing life. They now reside here year-round with their 2 children and 2 Boykin spaniels.

Parker joined us in 2018 as a host and fly fishing guide for MVR. Parker has been obsessed with all things fly fishing since he could walk. He and Manu met in New Zealand while studying abroad. A short time in California after getting married landed them here in Ennis where they now raise their 2 children. His experience in fly fishing and background in teaching and customer service serve as a well rounded resource for our guests.
