Longer Nights as We Head into Fall

As we venture into fall, the temperature has dipped into the high 30's at night and dawn greets us a little later each day. A bonus of this? The sunrises are a little easier to see for those of us who hit snooze at the first hint of an alarm. We've had some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The geese are busy honking, the sandhill cranes are dancing around in the adjacent field by the hundreds, the bucks are getting wary, the moose continue to saunter by in the mornings, and hoppers keep on hoppin'. It's a beautiful time in the Madison Valley.
