Matthew Pease - Executive Chef

Returning for his 3rd season at MVR, Matt is ready to create some lasting food memories for our guests! Cooking everything from scratch and using Montana ingredients whenever possible, he strives to make unique and divine dinners that are sure to satisfy post-fishing appetites. A passionate fisherman, ask him what flies have been working!Kaitlin Groundwater - Lodge Manager, Guest RelationsKaitlin will be at the Ranch in the afternoons and evenings and is thrilled to help make our guests' stays unforgettable. Not only will she be on hand to fill wine glasses and revel in the days’ stories, she is a wealth of knowledge on fishing! After working at Orvis and spending summers in Montana over in the Paradise Valley, Kaitlin picked up and moved West. Balancing fishing knowledge and an incredible helpfulness, guests will love their time with Kaitlin.Manu Redmond - Lodge Manager, OperationsManu will be available in the mornings and will see guests off for fishing with a smile! Seeking to get away from the rat race of Southern California, Manu moved to Ennis with her husband and puppy. Originally from Germany, Manu met her husband while he was fly fishing in New Zealand – they have a love for travel and are enjoying the mountains of Montana. She will be sure to make your stay impeccable with her eye for detail and upbeat personality!
